 Pricing

All prices shown exclude VAT, but are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. The final amount including VAT and Delivery is stated at the checkout stage.

Mimimum Order Value

A minimum order value applies of £30 excluding VAT & P&P.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, excluding American Express.

Orders are ship once payments have cleared.

 Returns Policy

It is our intention that all orders are dispatched accurately and suitably packaged. However, should you receive any products in error or that are damaged this should be notified to us within 7 days.

All credits will be made using the original payment method.

In the event of the buyer not receiving the goods within 7 days of placing the order, we must be notified within a further 3 days (via phone, email or fax) of the order date otherwise we will not accept liability.

Delivery

UK inc Channel Islands and Isle of Man : £6.95 next day service  (Free with order over £60). UK orders will typically be sent via FedEx or Royal Mail First Class

Europe: £9.95 3-4 day service  (Free with order over £150)

Rest of World: £20

Once placed all orders can be tracked via this website using your account tab.

Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 2:30. If there is likely to be any delay with your order we will endeavour to contact you to let you know.

As all orders require a signature please ensure that your delivery details are entered accurately and that there will be someone present to sign for the delivery.
